During the summer of 2021, I interned at livi bank which is a virtual bank owned by Bank of China and the Jardine group. Over the course of this internship, I designed in-app and website promotional material using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and Adobe Illustrator. I assisted with UI design and prototype animations; and created micro-interactions as well. I honed in knowledge regarding the UX process such as market and user research regarding industry trends. I also participated in a ‘Product Innovation Challenge’; in which we proposed a loyalty scheme targeting towards university students.
